My wind whipped cheeks aren’t the only thing that’s rouge this winter. Joli Rouge by Clarins is a delightful little flirty number, perfect for a winter’s day or even for Valentine’s. Believe me when I say it’s a lovely lipstick, very moisturising as well long lasting. This is worth the money and the trip to the shops. Even my cat liked it and she has VERY good taste.
